Ever since I saw Pitch Black, years ago, I've wanted a pair of goggles like Riddick wore. The new release of The Chronicles of Riddick kick-started my creative juices. So to speak. So here they are! They're made entirely of leather, all super-glued together, and dyed black. Man, super glue works amazingly on leather, bonds it really tight. The lenses are from a pair of dark sunglasses I bought at the store for this project. I used a dremel to grind them into the correct shape. They're lightweight, and acutally surprisingly comfortable to wear. They do an excellent job of blocking out light. Enjoy! I also sell these goggles on ebay from time to time, do an ebay search for "Riddick goggles" if you're interested. If you don't see any of my goggles, keep your eyes open! I list them pretty randomly.

and if you tie em tight enough then they'll pop off the top part of your head or give your eyes nice big hickies.
I'd like some snowboard goggles to wear as a headband thing...that'd be cool (or atleast I think so).
I was actually thinking about using these as snowboarding goggles, they'd prob'ly work well :)

they might, you'd probably have to wait a couple of months to test that theory out though.
Yeah, or go to colorado, lol. Not likely ;)

na...colorado's a little too far away. Just wait another 3 months.

DUDE.. Those rock. Even though they look creepy on Riddick. You made them look less... psycho-like. or maybe it's the fact that you have hair making you look more normal with them on. Anyways, those are awesome. They look like they would make excellent SKI goggles:giggle:. They reek of coolness.

Love the art, before yourself.
Lol, yeah I think the hair takes away from the creepyness a bit. Still, these things freak people out! I think it's because they can never tell where I'm looking when I talk to them.
